VIA NAB 7500 is a highly integrated Network Appliance Board for network security or gateway applications, including Firewall, VPN, UTM, Anti-Virus and Intrusion Prevention System products. Other network applications include Proxy Server, Quality of Service and Load Balancer products.

High-bandwidth connectivity is supported with the included two USB 2.0 ports (and the ability to support up to 4 more USB ports using the available onboard pin headers), 4 to 5 Gigabit LAN ports, and 1 COM port (and support one COM pin header) on the back panel.
